Who we are
We are one of the few foundations in Colombia which aims to provide children with all the necessary resources for their housing welfare.
While our peers help children with medical treatment, education and other needs that are worth supporting, we aim for the donation to endure over time, so that the enjoyment of a roof over their own heads can be passed on from generation to generation.
Mission and vision
JLV Huellas emphasizes on families with children, because we are aware that they will be the good men and women who will contribute to Colombia’s development in the future.
We seek through the implementation of various construction plans and housing furnishings, a fairer and poverty free society, where children have the opportunity to develop their abilities in a home of their own, exercising and fully enjoying their rights.
Our goal is
That children have a sense of belonging in every space, knowing that when they return from school their family is waiting for them in their own home, and when they become adults, the best memories of their childhood will be in the neighborhood, in an environment full of values and more; these are our best reward and objectives as a Foundation.

JLV Huellas was born with the purpose of contributing to the quality of life of low-income families with children who, because of this, have difficulties to afford housing. We work to enable the right to infrastructure and adequate space at home, adjusting to the needs of each family.
Our Foundation contributes to the construction or renovation of spaces in housing projects, complying with the standards of habitability and health for their optimal development. We provide assistance in materials, construction services, legal support and everything necessary to fulfill the dream of families who yearn to acquire their own home in optimal conditions, whether in urban or rural areas.
