On 25 October, JLV Huellas visited San Pedro de los Milagros to donate sports kits for COREDI’s cultural and sports olympics. The event brought together students from different rural areas of the municipality.
The original publication describes COREDI, the Educational Corporation for Comprehensive Development, as an educational institution serving urban and rural communities. It reported a presence in 32 Antioquia municipalities at the time of publication; this historical figure is not presented here as a current institutional count.
Teacher Elvia Rocío Vega Osorio, from Pajarito Arriba, explained that the annual activity had been held since 1994 and involved six student groups from rural institutions, creating a setting for their sporting and cultural talents.
Teacher Deisy Patiño thanked JLV Huellas for the donation and described its value in supporting young participants and recognizing their abilities.
The foundation’s contribution was the donation of sports kits. The event also reflected the work of the teachers and educational communities that organized and took part in it.
